At Instinct Pakistan, we carefully design and quality-check every product before dispatch. While all sales are final and refunds are not available, we offer a 7 days exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. We recommend that you review this policy before placing your order.
Refunds & Returns
Returns and refunds are not offered once an order has been delivered.
Order cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. This includes cases such as:
- Change of mind
- Size or fit concerns
- Color variation
- Personal preference
Exchange Policy
While returns and refunds are not available, we’re happy to offer a exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must be returned in its original condition
Requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.
When Exchanges Are Accepted
Exchanges may be approved in the following cases:
- Incorrect item received
- Manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery
- Size exchange
All exchange requests are reviewed and approved by Instinct Pakistan.
How to Request an Exchange or Cancellation
To request an order cancellation (before dispatch) or an exchange, please contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Reason for request
- Photos or videos (for exchange cases, if applicable)

Shipping & Availability
To return your product for exchange, you should mail your product to ” Rose arcade 2nd floor Sector 11B, North Karachi, Karachi “
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged unless defective:
- Used, worn, or altered products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized, made-to-order, or limited-edition items
- Sale or discounted products
